You are the Chief HR Officer for a credit union in the panhandle of Florida. The board recently hired a new President, who conducted a review of current operational plans and procedures. She noted that the credit union does not currently have a documented disaster recovery plan in case of a natural disaster such as a hurricane or flooding.
