Php Angular existing 2 page project | PHP | AngularJS | JavaScript | HTML5 | PayPal API

I have attached my Paypal Form Angular and Php changes.

Which are on Docx might be done but somehow those functionalities not working.

THere will be round of 2 hours of work for expert with angular.js and php dev. You need to make sure for all things which is on docx and mentioned here.

1.) On the Company form. There was an amount being shown when there should not have been.

2.) validation is not working on the Company Logo form anymore (fields with asterix *)

3.) the Amount field needs to be set to 0 when switching from Personal Message to Company Logo, else it messes up the Company Logo form.

4.) the Footer at the bottom is no longer spanning full width of the page
